The Skull is a cool to hot growing orchid belonging to the sub family Epidendroideae native to Burundi, Cameroon, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. The name refers to the brain-like surface of the upper lip.
