The Colored Oncidium is a sympodial cool to warm growing orchid belonging to the sub family Epidendroideae native to Brazil.
Plant Description
Sympodial. Each new growth has a single lance shaped leaf that grows to 0.7-4cm long. Pseudobulbs grow to 0.7-1.5cm
Climate
Grows at low elevations. Rainfall ranges from 28mm to 201mm per day, heaviest in June and lightest in February. Humidity ranges from 80% to 84%, highest in September and lowest in January. Temperature ranges from 14C to 30C, highest in July (21C to 30C) and lowest in January (14C to 24C).

This plant does well mounted.
