Monopodial. Each new growth has numerous arching oblong shaped leaves that grow to 0.3-1cm long

Climate

Grows at low to high elevations. Rainfall ranges from 15mm to 119mm per day, heaviest in November and lightest in July. Humidity ranges from 54% to 77%, highest in November and lowest in July. Temperature ranges from 4C to 14C, highest in September (6C to 14C) and lowest in January (4C to 11C).

Watering

These orchids prefer a wet-dry cycle between waterings, they should be watered frequently but only when the moisture is approaching dryness, where the pot feels light and/or the media looks dry. Keep an eye on mounted orchids in warm weather as they may dehydrate quickly.
